Welcome to FamNet

FamNet (New Zealand Family History Network) is a web site aiming to integrate the work of many different individuals and groups with something to offer the family history community, without dictating to them what they should do or whether their information should be offered for free or for a subscription, be made widely available or restricted to their membership, and so on.    You will see this page by entering the FamNet URL, www.famnet.org.nz, or by clicking the link “FamNet Home from one of FamNet’s pages.  Most likely you will use a FamNet page from within another site.
